Protection of slot-machines

TOUCHKEY RAILWAY (Customerproject DB-AG (German Railway Company): The secure lock cover is especially designed to protected mechanical locks of German Railway ticket machines.

The system contains a protection fitting which covers the cylinder entirely and is bolted electromagnetically; a control device incl. the emergency electricity supply that is inside of the machine; a standard power supply and iButton ® as a key. The long-standing experience of the German Railways with burglary attempts in ticket machines has flowed in onto this solution. The system is in duty since 1998. iButton® could not be overcome up to now intelligently. Risks with key loss or copying on account of big switch circles are excluded on account of iButton®. Besides, the high robustness has proved itself in the application with more than 10,000 ticket machines very well.

Base of all "machine solutions" is a modified proLock control device with integrated emergency case module and external power supply. The control device is laid out on the control of a magnet which comes in all mechanical executions of the cylinder protection to the application. The mechanical execution of the cylinder protection can be explained only machine-individual, a wide experience and professional execution are guaranteed.

The machine individual contact place is to best of all adapted vadalismussicher and very lightly to every machine situation. The storage of 80 keys (optional 320/960) permit high flexibility with the master key flat. Loading the key authorization table by means of Masterkey contains the easiest use with the at the same time highest security.

Das Steuergerät ist von außen nicht auslesbar, die Schlüssel nicht kopierbar. Sollten Schlüssel abhanden kommen, kann mit geringstem Aufwand die Schließung schnell und dauerhaft geändert werden. Eine V.24  Schnittstelle am Steuergerät ermöglicht auch einen Fernzugriff wenn bereits Online Verbindung zum Automaten besteht.
